To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases where the item received is damaged or defective.

Exchange Policy
